Project Communication and Final Project Design
Since received the inquiry from our customer, our project manager gets in touch with the client to get details about the whole project. Based on the client’s situation, we conducted on-site measurements of the customer’s site and consulted with them in Indonesia to discuss specific project requirements. After a period of communication and gaining an understanding of the overall project situation, we provided the client with a unique, customized indoor amusement park solution. Next comes the crucial phase of equipment production. Once all equipment is manufactured, we proceed with shipping according to the terms outlined in the contract.
On-site Installation of the Indoor Playground
According to the agreement reached with the client, they enlisted a local installation team to oversee the installation of the entire project, while our company dispatched installation engineers to provide on-site guidance. With the seamless coordination between the dozen or so installation workers and our installation engineers, the entire project’s installation was successfully completed, bringing the project renderings to life before our eyes. The grand opening was a great success, attracting many visitors from the surrounding area.
