However, during the course of our communication, we gained a deeper understanding of the specific site conditions and preferences of the customer. Taking into account the customer’s site details and their specific needs, such as cabin capacity, shape, color, and interior configuration, we proceeded to customize a 50-meter Ferris wheel amusement facility tailored to their exact specifications.

Due to the customization of the Ferris wheel for the Mexican client, we rigorously confirmed production details with the customer prior to manufacturing. These details encompassed aspects such as the lighting system, cabin shapes and configurations, paint finishes, and various other particulars.
Cabin Selection
Cabin Shape: Circular.
Gondola Colors: The customer has the option to choose from 8 colors for the gondolas, including blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, green, light green, and light blue. This results in a total of 32 gondolas for 50 meter ferris wheel ride.
Painting Details
Given that the 50-meter Ferris wheel amusement facility will be placed outdoors, to prevent corrosion from rainwater, we recommended that all paint finishes on the Ferris wheel possess anti-corrosion properties. This measure effectively extends the lifespan.
Lighting System
The customer has exacting requirements for the lighting. We meticulously adhered to the video lighting choices made by the customer during production. Post-installation and operation, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the nighttime lighting effects
Shipping and Installation Details
After the completion of all components of the 50-meter Ferris wheel, we package and ship it according to the agreed-upon timeline with the customer. During the Ferris wheel’s packaging process, we strictly adhere to equipment packaging standards to minimize wear and tear during transportation. Upon arrival in Mexico, we dispatch installation engineers to provide timely guidance for the installation of the equipment for the customer.
