Once opened for business, Kids ocean has attracted lots of kids around the mall. The children were attracted by this theme and the interesting games inside, as if they were swimming in the ocean. Project Solution
After receiving the inquiry, our project manager who manage the Malaysia market, contact with the customer soon. We know that the site is about 170 square meters, and it is located in one of the shopping malls in their local place. Our project manager, together with the designer team, provided the client with a suitable indoor playground solution based on specific client requirements and site conditions.

Equipment Production and Shipping to Malaysia
After finalizing the indoor playground project proposal, we proceeded to sign the order contract with the client. Following this, we arranged for the production of all indoor soft playground equipment. Due to the relatively small size of the entire indoor playground site, the production process had a short duration. Soon, all equipment was manufactured and ready for shipment. By May, all equipment had arrived at the client’s site in Malaysia.
Installation and Grand Opening of “Kids Ocean”
After all the equipment arrived at the client’s site, they began the installation work diligently. Although our company offered on-site installation services, after discussions, the client decided to engage their own installation team. However, we provided detailed installation videos, manuals, and our installation engineers offered online video guidance to assist the client. The entire installation process went smoothly. By June, the bouncy castle was fully installed. The client then commenced preliminary promotional activities. On July 7th, Kids Ocean had its grand opening. The business was bustling on opening day.
